These are what I like to call Robot Front Raises going into singles. First I prefer to start with hand in natural position, so your not rotating the shoulder in a unnatural postion. Then try best to raise and lower the weight in uniform and never going all the way to the bottom. This keeps continuious tension on the shoulder. Once you have done as many as you can without releasing tension, then you go to singles to give a couple second break inbetween each reps controling the negitive the best you can.
