STRENGTH AND FITNESS TRAINING
Will be starting Strength and Fitness next week.
***Advance level will focus on Barbell lifting, Medicine Ball, Band, explosive movements.
***Intermediate Level will Focus on Medicine ball, Bands, Explosive movements, Body resistance, and may incorporate barbell lifting.
***Beginner Level- Body Resistance, Medicine Ball, and Bands, Focusing on proper Form
Athletes may advance or be moved down levels depending on what is best for them at the time. Each athlete will track and advance there workouts. This will be the athletes job during the workout with the coach overseeing them. We will incorporate stretching between sets.
We will be training 2 times per week for 1 hour sessions.
Cost per session will be $15
